A Jeffry Robinson has dedicated the last 35 years to his clients as partner and corporate department Chairman at several major Florida based law firms. For the last 20 years Jeff was firm wide Chairman of the Corporate Department at a major multi-office Florida law firm.

Jeff has now opened his own law firm in Aventura Florida. The firm will continue to represent and advise early stage and mid and large cap companies in all phases of domestic and international corporate and capital markets transactions.

Jeff has always been proactive in utilizing his substantial financing and capital markets network on behalf of clients to further their growth, acquisition and capital requirements.

Jeffry has guided and represented domestic and international public and private companies in business combinations and financing transactions; mergers and acquisitions; IPOs; private target companies mergers with public Special Purpose Acquisition companies (SPACs) and follow on public and private financing.

Jeffry has represented and advised major international branded apparel companies in public offerings and acquisitions; textile and recycling companies in early stage structuring and financing; international dry bulk and container shipping and transportation companies which merged with Public SPACs; cruise lines; private investment funds; co-founded with a former college roommate and client a telecommunications and voice over IP technology company which was sold to Motorola in a public Tender Offer; major international wine and spirits distribution companies and brand aggregators in various corporate matters and healthcare and life science companies in financing transactions, corporate law legal service capital markets law.
